  3. No Porn
  4. No Sex
  5. No Smokes (from December 1, for a reason)
  6. No Beer, Whiskey, Rum, Vodka
  7. No Junk Food
  8. No Candy
  9. No Soda
  10. Lean Meats, Almonds, Milk & Peanut butter, Bananas, dried figs
  11. 50 Approaches, to only 7s and above
  12. Work, hit the gym, come back and make a list of other goals I want to accomplish within the next 6 months and burn myself out chasing them
